We're looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our Support Center team!

In this role, you'll be one of the first faces our employees interact with - playing a key role in shaping their experience from day one. You'll be a champion for our company values, culture, and brand!

This role builds strong relationships across all levels of the organization, from frontline team members to executive leadership. You'll provide strategic HR support in areas including talent planning, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, and internal communications. Additionally, you'll drive the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy for our Total Rewards offerings, while contributing to key talent initiatives across the organization. This position reports to the Director of Total Rewards and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Act as a key HR strategic business partner with the company's leadership team to execute critical business and organizational strategies, including organizational design, succession planning, talent management, goal alignment, employee engagement, and communications.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for Total Rewards to increase employee awareness and participation in the company's total reward offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards Team to communicate and execute the Support Center Annual Merit & Bonus Process, as well as the Annual and Mid-Year Performance Review and Talent Management Processes.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards to conduct market research for positions and assess their relationship to the organization's compensation plan, making pay adjustment recommendations when necessary.
  • Act as an employment brand and culture ambassador both internally and externally for Bagel Brands by promoting available positions, representing the company positively, and building strong and collaborative relationships with all areas of the business.
  • Collaborate closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, enhance morale, and boost productivity and retention.
  • Handle Support Center employee complaint calls, investigate issues, and facilitate resolutions.
  • Manage and oversee the company's separation agreement process, ensuring consistency and confidentiality.
  • Uphold professional discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficiency in multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, benefits, organizational design, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a focus on results.
  • Must be located in the Denver area.

EDUCATION - TRAINING - EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist or other relevant HR experience
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) is preferred but not required.

Compensation Range:

$58,406.40 - $102,211.20 per year

*Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
