Office Coordinator Job Location
US-MO-Kansas City
Responsibilities We have an immediate opening for a bright, energetic individual with the requisite skills to join our firm in the role of Office Coordinator. This role will involve supporting the Kansas City office while also providing remote support to our Chicago office. This is primarily an inside role with broad exposure across the firm.
General reception duties including greeting/assisting visitors; answering/screening/routing incoming calls; relaying messages; receiving/routing/handling all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries; maintaining sign-in/sign-out of staff; scheduling conference rooms.
