We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Analyst I to join our team. The core focus of this role is to ensure that post-sale, our clients' digital marketing/advertising objectives are understood, documented, operationally supported, and properly communicated through all required systems and teams. This role is key to a successful transition from Sales to our relationship management teams and involves client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track advertising projects, document processes to manage accountabilities and spend, develop timelines, track spend and agency consumption, research data/information to assist with agreement development, ensure necessary approvals are granted, and help with versioning production and distribution..Advertising D
  • Standards and Policies: Learn and apply the company's advertising standards and policies.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Digital Marketing Fulfillment: Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all digital marketing fulfillment requests, including client-facing and internal requests. Examples include collecting assets, 3rd party inventory validation and ensuring proper client brand messaging in campaigns.
  • Campaign Launch: Gain knowledge and understanding of channel specs to request necessary creative assets and deliverables for campaign launch. Ensure all required creative assets and deliverables are received, launch campaigns within established SLAs, and provide launch confirmations to appropriate teams.
  • Strategy Implementation: Implement advertising strategies into the digital marketing system across all tiered levels, communicate the strategy and readiness with downstream teams for final ownership, and maintain ownership until acceptance by downstream teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct QA reviews of all work (new launches, product changes, cancellations, etc.) to ensure proper handling of requests. QA activities include 3rd party reporting verification, auditing of targeting, delivery reports, etc.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Maintain a proficient level of knowledge on digital marketing solutions, best practices, and overall industry updates and trends. This includes knowledge of Dealer Marketing Website and Managed Services portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other digital marketing teams (Ad Support, Products, Ad Innovation, etc.) to investigate and support internal or external escalations related to creative, performance, reporting, billing, or other advertising-related issues.
  • Feedback and Documentation: Contribute feedback to other digital marketing teams regarding the development of new or enhanced products and capabilities. Contribute best practice methods, tips, and tricks to job aids and process documentation related to the role. Author and maintain materials required to define or educate other Dealer Marketing teams on processes and best practices related to the role.


Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years experience in a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing, specific to SEM, Social, Display, Video advertising
  • Proficient in managing timed deliverables and handling multiple assignments.
  • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.
  • Proficient experience using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient at grasping new concepts quickly.
  • Enjoy an ever-changing landscape and growing responsibilities.


Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Marketing, Economics or Finance.
  • Experience with Ad Tech such as Fluency, Kenshoo and/or Marin
  • Digital advertising certifications (Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Facebook, etc.).
  • Experience working with automotive clients at the dealer or OEM level.
  • Strong desire to strategize solutions with clients to achieve business goals.
  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency working with Salesforce, Google tools.
  • Novice experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM solution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


USD 49,200.00 - 73,800.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $49,200.00 - $73,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
