Job Summary We are seeking an experienced UX Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. Experience in Loan Origination is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities
- Need an experienced UX Architect
- Lead project planning sessions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Provide direction and support to project team members.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Utilize AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of AEP Customer Journey Analytics.
- Have hands-on experience with AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AEP RTCDP.
- Experience in Loan Origination is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Certifications Required PMP certification is preferred. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until May 18, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
