IT Solutions Architect III / Senior - ERP

Are you a seasoned ERP architect ready to lead one of the most impactful technology initiatives in the utility space? We're seeking a IT Solutions Architect III / Senior - ERP to lead the design and implementation of a modern ERP solution that integrates seamlessly into our evolving tech landscape.

You'll serve as a bridge between leadership, technical teams, and system integrators to ensure our multi-year ERP transformation is strategically aligned, technically sound, and built for the future.

What your day would be like:

You are responsible for:



  • Driving ERP architecture and strategy from concept to go-live
  • Aligning Oracle Cloud ERP with business and IT goals
  • Defining scalable, secure, and integrated solutions
  • Leading technical delivery: development, integrations, testing, and migration
  • Partnering with infrastructure, analytics, and security teams
  • Setting technical standards and architecture best practices
  • Supporting roadmaps, RFPs, and change management

  • Led multiple full-cycle ERP implementations (ideally Oracle Cloud ERP)
  • Designed solutions using OCI, OIC, and Oracle IAM
  • Built secure, scalable systems in cloud and hybrid environments

  • Defined architecture standards and integrated complex systems

Minimum Requirements

IT Solutions Architect III - ERP



  • Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
  • PLUS seven (7) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • Requires in-depth level of technical knowledge within a job area and working knowledge of other technical areas


IT Solutions Architect Senior - ERP



  • Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
  • AND ten (10) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • Requires mastery level technical knowledge, typically obtained through advanced education and experience across multiple business areas or systems to improve technology planning and development



Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications



  • Uses/integrates in-depth technical knowledge across one or more divisional areas or systems to improve technology planning and development
  • Requires mastery level knowledge of technical area typically obtained through advanced education and experience
  • Ability to develop information systems to deliver the business strategy; analyze emerging technologies and make appropriate recommendations; implement a process-based approach to meeting organizational goals; assess a broad range of information solutions and products; develop architecture design

Home Based: Home based employees primarily work from their home offices and come into an APS facility on an as-needed basis.

*Employees are expected to reside in Arizona (or New Mexico for Four Corners-based employees).

*Working from a home office requires adequate technology and an appropriate ergonomic set up.
