Location: This position requires on-site presence at Ericsson Headquarters in Plano, Texas, three days per week.

About this Opportunity

Are you ready to drive the Cloudification of Radio Access Network introduction in major customers in Americas. Join us in shaping the future of Cloud Radio Access Network across North America!

You will play a crucial role in advancing Cloud introduction in RAN. You'll collaborate with our Customers in Americas and Business Unit teams to understand the requirements, ensuring alignment with Ericsson's roadmap. Collaborate with New Product Introduction (NPI) team to ensure introduction of Cloud RAN in customer network on time and with high quality. You will build excellent relationship with BNEW and CU team in order to ensure smooth and transparent communication channel. You will be the focal point to handle product and solution related escalations during delivery.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for driving cloud RAN requirement for customers in Americas, prioritization, executive reporting, supporting pre-sales opportunities. I
• lead Cloud RAN knowledge-sharing initiatives, educating colleagues in Americas on Ericsson Cloud RAN solution, competitive intelligence.

The skills you bring:

• Demonstrated expertise in the telecommunications infrastructure industry, with a strong understanding of Radio Access Network architecture.
• Working knowledge of Cloud native concepts
• Technical expertise in O-RAN, 3GPP standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis, coupled with strategic problem-solving skills, enabling effective engagement with key stakeholders to drive informed decision
• Previous experience in R&D and Development Unit in Cloud RAN would be an added advantage
• Education: University degree in Engineering or related field
