Inventory Control Associate

Monarch Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inventory Control Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Kearny, NJ location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenishing primary pick locations for material from overstock locations
• Conducting cycle counts accurately through an RF gun as well as additional counts per the Inventory Control Supervisor including pipe and wire counts
• Assist in moving product throughout the warehouse to the best pick position using a heatmap and set mins and max's to trigger replenishment tasks
• Various inventory projects throughout the warehouse
• Help resolve variance and inventory issues
• Work with other departments on inventory storage and discrepancy resolutions
• Annual physical inventory preparations and execution including prepping shelves, bin consolidations and audits
• Identify and dispose of damaged material properly
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Must know how to drive warehouse machinery
• Good communication both written and verbally
• Ability to multi-task while having exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and math skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
