We're currently seeking a Temporary Associate Registration Coordinator to support our operations team during a critical project period. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics industry, contribute to important customer moves, and work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Your Role: Register, Coordinate, and Keep Moves on Track Support our household goods relocation services through accurate documentation and logistics coordination. Order Entry: Enter new orders and shipment information into our systems with accuracy and efficiency Shipment Tracking: Trace shipments and update status using transportation partner tools (steamship lines, railroads, trucking vendors) System Updates: Maintain detailed records in our proprietary database and document management platform Administrative Support: Perform data entry, scanning, mail distribution, and assist with general office tasks Team Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth registration and order setup Daily Reporting: Keep schedules and logs up to date to support visibility and timely processing What You Bring Reliable, detail-focused, and ready to contribute right away. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: At least 1 year of administrative, data entry, or logistics support experience Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook): Basic proficiency Typing speed of 40 WPM and familiarity with ten-key by touch Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn Why Join The Pasha Group - Even Temporarily?
