Wolf Xpress Print Shop, located within Talley Student Union, is searching for an energetic self-starter and team player who is also trustworthy and a fast learner. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and opportunity for learning, growth, and promotional opportunities.

Under general supervision, the Production Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Interact with customers and sales via email, phone and in person on a regular basis
  • Operate large-format printers, laminators, cutters and other finishing equipment
  • Operate digital print production equipment
  • Maintain equipment
  • Type setting of business cards and stationary
  • Maintain print schedule and adjust according to work volume
  • Other duties as assigned to ensure business needs are met. Position may be asked to assist in other locations as necessary.


This is an on site position only. Remote work is not possible.
This is an hourly position, that includes a State required 32-day break at the end of 11 months. Superior work performance may provide an opportunity to renew employment and/or advance into a benefits eligible permanent position.

Requirements and Preferences


Work Schedule 30 hours per week. Hours open: Monday - Thursday 8 AM-6 PM, Friday 8 AM-5 PM. Overtime may be required as needed for the department.

Minimum Experience/Education

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Some experience in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
