About the Role
We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, distilling complex information into clear and compelling presentations, and driving project execution. You will play a critical role in helping our team set goals, track progress, and communicate key updates in a structured and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution:

Assist in setting project goals, defining key deliverables, and maintaining project roadmaps

Track progress against objectives, identify blockers, and support issue resolution

Monitor project performance metrics and generate reports to keep leadership informed

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by ensuring alignment on tasks and priorities

Maintain structured documentation of project updates, key decisions, and next steps

Presentation & Communication Development:

Gather and synthesize data from various teams to develop clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations

Create structured reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to communicate project status and insights effectively

Design slides that simplify complex information and align with strategic objectives

Draft internal communications, memos, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple work-streams effectively

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure and simplify complex topicsPresentation & Reporting: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other presentation tools to create clear, engaging visuals

Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate data into actionable insights for project reporting and decision-making

Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
