Top Skills' Details UPS Install Techs: 1. Must have documented UPS install experience. 2. Must have documented smart hands server experience (rack stack/rebooting/taking direction from remote team for UPS IMAC Activities traveling around the DC and Baltimore area. 3. Must have experience working with customer daily UPS needs and making sure expectations are met 4. Must be available to work both day and evening shifts. 5. Must be or willing to get medical vaccinations. Responsibilities: * Daily UPS INSTALL/DEINSTALL, smart hands work, and weekly data center floor visits * Storage operations and data center smart hands work in managing PURE storage, EMC storage, NetApp storage and Brocade switches * Monitoring storage service queue daily, acknowledge tasks and scheduling changes * Visit Multiple Data Center once a week at client site or as needed * Engage with client to ensure UPS INSTALL needs and expectations are met both short term and long term Additional Skills & Qualifications THIS ROLE IS TRAVELING AROUND THE DC AND BALITMORE GREATER AREA for UPS INSTALLATIONS/DEINSTALLATONS IN THE DATA CETER *Skills* cabling, UPS, SAN, storage area network, DATA CENTER *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Seeking install technician that has experience deinstalling/installing UPS Devices. This is the project and the resource must have experience performing these tasks. *Weekly work schedule: Must be available for both day and evening shifts. *Resource must live in the metro Baltimore or metro DC area. No exceptions *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
