Are you passionate about providing exceptional IT support and solving complex technical challenges? Join our dynamic team as a Helpdesk Engineer! This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a 3-year project based in Andover, MA. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle end-user support for both Mac and Windows environments through calls, emails, and walk-ups. * Provide software break/fix support and hardware support, including new image builds. * Act as the incident manager and update/close tickets in the ITSM platform. * Perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) support and resolve configuration issues in operating systems. * Reinstall software, drivers, and add-ins as required. * Manage Active Directory (AD): create groups and assign applications to groups. * Utilize PowerShell scripting to push updates and automate tasks. * Support Microsoft Office 365 (O365) as the primary admin application. * Assist with various IT tech-related tasks as needed. *Required Skills and Qualifications* * 3+ years of helpdesk experience in a customer-facing role, providing *white-glove customer service*. * Proficient in* PowerShell scripting* for system updates and automation. * Advanced knowledge of both Mac and Windows environments. * Strong experience with MS Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 (O365). * Familiarity with OKTA and AWS. * Experience in computer configuration and repair. * 3+ years of incident management or IT ticketing system experience. * Bachelor's degree is a must-have. *Nice-to-Have Skills* * ServiceNow experience. *Schedule* * Engineers will work 4-day weeks, 10 hours per day, with schedules as follows: * Tech 1: Wed-Sat, 6 am - 4 pm * Tech 2: Wed-Sat, 4 pm - 2 am * Tech 3: Sun-Wed, 6 am - 4 pm * Tech 4: Sun-Wed, 4 pm - 2 am * Lead position: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (minimum 7 years of experience). *Additional Details* * This is a 12-month contract with the potential to extend up to 3 years. * Parking fees (if applicable) will be covered. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
