As QSC continues to evolve from a hardware-centric business toward a more software-enabled and subscription-based model, we are seeking a Director of Enterprise Systems to lead the vision, design, and execution of enterprise application strategies. This role is pivotal in enabling and optimizing our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, supporting critical functions across sales, operations, and finance. Reporting into the Digital organization, the Director will serve as a key leader in our transformation, ensuring our systems and processes scale efficiently and effectively with our growth. Base Salary Range 181,000 - 255,000 The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. In addition to the base salary range, QSC offers a comprehensive package including but not limited to health benefits, 401K or Roth retirement plans and generous time off. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation (30%)
Define and drive the strategic roadmap for enterprise systems that supports QSC's shift toward software monetization and subscription revenue models.
- Lead the evolution of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) capabilities across Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and adjacent enterprise platforms to support scalable, efficient business processes.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for system and process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational agility.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Business Enablement (30%)
- Collaborate with business units including Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align technology solutions with operational needs and strategic priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Digital and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive business process optimization and automation across the Quote-to-Cash value stream to improve accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.
Application Management, Development & Compliance (20%)
- Oversee the full application lifecycle of key enterprise systems, including Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, SCM, Order Management), and subscription billing and licensing platforms (e.g., Aria, Thales).
- Manage the entire development lifecycle including business requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Establish and enforce rigorous change control processes and governance standards to maintain system stability and regulatory compliance.
Ensure enterprise systems are compliant with SOX, ASC 606, GAAP, and internal audit controls, working closely with Finance and Internal Audit teams. - Maintain accurate system documentation, access controls, and audit trails in accordance with corporate policies and industry standards.
Team Building, Leadership & Vendor Management (20%)
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of enterprise systems professionals, including expanding offshore teams to support global initiatives and round-the-clock operations.
- Develop resource plans, performance metrics, and professional development strategies to scale the team in alignment with business growth.
- Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and system integrators to ensure successful project execution, value delivery, and alignment with QSC's enterprise architecture.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications management, with 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing ERP or Q2C processes.
- Demonstrated success implementing and managing Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms in a global environment.
- Proven experience leading Quote-to-Cash transformation in companies moving toward software, subscriptions, or hybrid monetization models.
- Hands-on experience with subscription billing platforms and integration with ERP/CRM platforms.
- Background in a high-tech, manufacturing, or hybrid hardware/software company strongly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Deep understanding of enterprise business processes spanning order management, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Strong grasp of accounting and compliance requirements such as ASC 606, SOX, multi-currency, and tax regulations.
- Excellent project and program management skills with a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives on time and within budget.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation, process improvement, and leveraging technology to drive measurable business outcomes.
