Job Description
Plans, organizes, and evaluates the business and financial aspects of corporate contracting. Is responsible for the development and enhancement of contractual agreements for procurement and Group Purchasing Organization. Job Responsibility
- Develops and monitors strategic operating goals, objectives and budgets; reports on operational performance, justification, and/or corrective actions.
- Develops and pursues cost reduction opportunities; identifies and builds business relationships to advance strategic goals.
- Facilitates the business and financial aspects of negotiations, contracts and procurement (i.e. capital, supply, service, IT, pharmacy, lab, maintenance, and consulting agreements.).
- Directs and oversees the implementation and maintenance of a procurement and GPO contract database.
- Serves as a liaison to organization departments regarding contract terms, conditions, applicable System policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversees business and financial activities throughout contract life cycle to ensure adherence to contractual agreements by all parties.
- Analyzes complex business opportunities and presents complex data sets to leadership that influence internal change, reducing total delivered cost.
- Collaborates and coordinates with Procurement and organization team members to achieve supply expense reduction targets established by the Supply Chain Cost Reduction Initiative.

Job Qualification
- Juris Doctor required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
