This position is located at The District's Treatment Services location, has a dayshift schedule of Monday to Wednesday from 5:15 AM to 1:45 PM, Thursday from 5:15 AM to 1:15 PM, and Friday from 5:15 AM to 11:45 AM, and starts at $22.87 per hour.

What you'll be doing

The purpose of the Treatment Services Administrative Assistant 1 is to provide customer service and data integrity to OTP individuals as well as internal and external departments performing a variety of moderately difficult to complex administrative support activities contributing to efficient office operations and using a thorough understanding of department and Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) programs, policies, and procedures.

Some Essential Functions Include:

  • Maintains databases for tracking program information and produces complex reports from database as required and necessary; uses spreadsheets to track, analyze and report quantitative information
  • Receives and processes a variety of forms and applications; computes and verifies data and fees; assists with completion of forms or documents; and researches governing directives to answer questions and resolve routine problems encountered
  • Responsible for entering and maintaining data into county, state and federal databases and responsible for coordinating information with the electronic medical record system in an effort to maintain data integrity
  • Using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and a variety of internal applications such as Provider One, Provider Entry Portal, Raintree, TenEleven eCR, etc., creates templates and spreadsheets For a complete detailed job description, click here

What we need from you

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience, with limited task supervision, emphasizing or including intensive public contact, customer service, interpretation and explanation of regulations and involving general office work processes and use of office technology.
