Job Summary

The B2B Customer Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and market competitiveness while managing customer retention and pricing erosion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess pricing models, optimize profitability, and ensure pricing aligns with business objectives.

This role is in the B2B Marketing Team and reports to the Sr. Director of B2B Offers & Customer Base Strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Data & Analytics, Revenue Assurance, Operations and Product, to implement data-driven pricing strategies that maximize value for both the company and its business customers.

Responsibilities

*Develop and manage B2B customer pricing strategies to drive revenue and customer lifetime value.
*Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer data to recommend pricing adjustments and new pricing structures.
*Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to develop pricing models that support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion goals.
*Work closely with Finance to evaluate pricing impact on profitability and revenue forecasts.
*Maintain and enhance pricing models and tools to support dynamic and flexible pricing approaches.
*Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data-driven pricing analysis.
*Ensure pricing compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
*Lead periodic pricing reviews to assess performance and make strategic adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
*5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, offer management, revenue management, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
*Experience with subscription-based or tiered pricing models.
*Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and financial analysis.
*Proficiency in pricing tools, and data visualization software.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience in the telecom, technology, or SaaS industries is a plus.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00-$168,912.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
