What we need...

We're hiring a temporary contractor to support our electronic forms team. This person will work a hybrid schedule in our Southington or Rocky Hill offices. They will provide daily client support, troubleshooting and communicating with clients regarding changes to electronic forms. Responsibilities include:



  • Providing service support for requests including changes, additions and special customizations to e-forms
  • Understanding the e-form layout specifications and performing testing to ensure functionality for client
  • Communicating with the client to keep them updated on project timelines and programming hours worked
  • Ability to manage multiple cases within SLAs and work with programming as necessary to convey customer requests.


This is an hourly, contract position anticipated to last 6 months. Local candidates are preferred.
