Our Employee Relations Managers play the integral role of keeping our employees connected, growing, protected, and insured. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As an Employee Relations Manager I, you'll engage in the development, planning, and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures. You'll perform various employee relations duties, including employee counseling, equal employment opportunity, disability services, and labor relations. You'll have the opportunity to work with people across all parts of the business and help them focus on doing their best work as you see their HR needs through to resolution.
