Staffmark has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to fill a Customer Service Representative position with a logistics company in Houston, TX. Bring your positive energy, excellent communication skills, and eagerness to help customers in a diverse team.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay rate: $17.50/hr.

Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient and timely communication with End Consumers and Client Customer Service teams reaching out to the Home Delivery Service Center. Meet individual performance targets in speed, efficiency, and quality as outlined for Customer Service Representatives. This position requires customer contact via phone and email.

Qualified candidates will have three years of related experience. Must have good verbal and computer skills.
