*Description:* We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer support and seamless operations. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, processing orders, verifying insurance, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with standard operating procedures. *Key Responsibilities:* * Answer calls and emails promptly, adhering to service goals. * Provide accurate information about products, services, retail locations, and general inquiries. * Process orders, route calls to the appropriate resources, and follow up on customer concerns as needed. * Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. * Accurately process, verify, and submit documentation and orders. * Complete insurance verification to determine patient eligibility, coverage, co-insurance, and deductibles. * Navigate multiple online EMR systems to retrieve and enter necessary documentation. * Update EMR systems with pertinent information, including authorizations and expiration dates. * Verify insurance carrier details in the database, and request new entries when necessary. * Contact patients to resolve documentation issues, provide updates, and offer solutions to facilitate the referral process. *Skills:* * Proficiency in customer service and support. * Competence in Microsoft Office applications. * Strong data entry and organizational skills. * Experience working in call centers. *Must-Have:* * At least 1 year of customer service experience (experience in retail or restaurants acceptable). * Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. *Preferred:* * Previous experience in a healthcare role, nursing homes, or CNA-related work with strong medical terminology knowledge. * Experience handling inbound calls. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
