This People Experience & Talent Brand team helps put the "human" in Human Resources and the "people" in the People Team - and we're growing! We're looking for a creative, impact-driven programs manager to join our People Experience Talent Brand team. In this role, you'll conceive, design, and deliver innovative internal and external facing programs that enhance the employee experience and elevate our talent brand. From developing a vibrant corporate giving platform to building an engaging alumni network or launching neighborhood communities that help colleagues connect locally - you'll bring ideas to life that make work better and more human centered. This role blends strategic program building, project management, and employee-focused marketing - all with a customer-first mindset. You'll own your programs from start to finish, always keeping connection, satisfaction, and measurable impact at the core. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
