Essential Job Duties
Responsibilities include supporting dairy processing staff with tasks related to the production and handling of finished milk and ice cream products. Significant time will be spent in cold storage areas, including the milk cooler and ice cream freezer, stocking packaged products. Additional responsibilities include performing environmental cleaning and sanitation duties, as well as assisting with quality control activities such as environmental monitoring and conducting solids and fat content testing in the lab.
