PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $138,300.00-$169,000.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $107,400.00 - $199,900.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE: As the Sr Product Owner, Mobile App, you are responsible for the quarterly roadmap and sprint by sprint backlog of BECU's Mobile App. This role is embedded within the delivery team, focusing on the day-to-day development of app features and stability. Key responsibilities include backlog management, Agile team collaboration, iteration delivery, and stakeholder feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with internal and member needs. The Sr Product Owner will work closely with key stakeholders to enhance member experience, capability alignment, and usability. This role works closely with the Product Manager to understand and implement the product roadmap, ensuring the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by both the team and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is technically proficient and capable of prioritizing technical considerations in fully integrated systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
