WHO WE ARE: The National Multiple Sclerosis Society mobilizes people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS. To fulfill this mission, the Society funds cutting-edge research, drives change through advocacy, facilitates professional education, collaborates with MS organizations around the world, and provides programs and services designed to help people with MS and their families move their lives forward. We partner with volunteers to accomplish our work. Staff members engage volunteers through effective and timely communications, facilitating meaningful opportunities, and continually seeking and providing feedback for reciprocal growth and learning. The Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Foundation Relations is responsible for the implementation and execution in partnership with the SVP, Development of a comprehensive national strategy to cultivate and expand high-impact relationships with corporate partners-particularly within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries-as well as enhance foundation relations to drive sustained revenue growth.In this strategic leadership role, the VP will be accountable for exceeding annual revenue goals across national, regional, and local levels by securing and growing corporate partnerships. The position emphasizes the development of transformational revenue streams through innovative cause marketing campaigns, corporate-sponsored events, expanding the organization's foundation portfolio by identifying and securing support from new institutional funders, and identifying, cultivating, and soliciting six and seven-figure+ partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. As a key member of the Development leadership team, the Vice President will serve as a strategic collaborator and thought partner-working closely with regional leaders, Development VPs, leadership volunteers, and cross-functional teams including mission, marketing, technology, and finance. Together, they will co-create integrated, industry-specific engagement strategies that align corporate and foundation partnerships with the organization's Strategic Plan and mission priorities. The VP will also lead the development of high-touch stewardship strategies for national corporate and foundation partners, ensuring meaningful recognition, personalized engagement, strong retention, and long-term partnership growth. Compensation & Benefits: The estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $165,000-$200,000. Final offers will be based on the candidate'sgeographic location, consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors.
