To work #bettertogether, we operate with a hybrid working model. For those near a hub location, we gather in our office locations three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For the remaining days, we work from home.

This position will be responsible for managing a team of Billing Analysts whose primary role is to ensure Press Ganey contracts are setup correctly for invoicing and revenue recognition purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Billing Analysts. Provide support, direction, and training to the team as needed to ensure the accuracy of our invoicing and revenue recognition, and to ensure our clients are receiving exceptional service.
  • Provide support to the team when issues need to be escalated, whether the requests are from internal or external customers.
  • Perform various audits to quality check the work of the team.
  • Create and run reports as needed to pull revenue and billing data from our system to help support various internal departments including Accounting, FP&A, and Sales.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Contracting teams on the terms of new contracts as they relate to customer invoicing.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Business Services team and the Salesforce team as it relates to contract and customer integrations between Salesforce and Workday. Review daily error logs in the integration and trouble shoot the issues to get them resolved. Coordinate with the Salesforce team to minimize errors going forward.
  • Assist with gathering information for our annual audit.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and take a leadership role in finding solutions to improve our processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years of management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work with a diverse group of people to reach a common goal.
  • The ability to prioritize work and make decisions independently.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce and the Workday Financial Platform is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred Business, Accounting, or Finance.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000-$90,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
