Corporate Intern

Ferrellgas has an exciting opportunity in our Fleet Department for a Corporate Intern. As an Intern at Ferrellgas, you will get to work with one of the largest propane retailers in the United States. This internship will provide a background into the propane industry and fleet field for Ferrellgas and Blue Rhino to help launch a successful career. During this internship, you will work on various projects involving Fleetwave Data integration and loading vehicle specs into Fleetwave. The internship will start in June 2025 and will be fully remote. The duration will be about 10-12 weeks, depending on business need.

Gains an understanding of all aspects of the business, with a focus on fleet operations.
• Instills and upholds a customer service culture within the company that fosters retention, relationships, and loyalty; and positions the company for increased growth opportunities.
• Partners with key mentors throughout the program.
• Assists managers and staff with projects as assigned.
• Collaborates with managers, supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Follows all company regulations and health and safety codes.
• Learns about conflict resolution and how to address various situations.

• Must be enrolled currently enrolled in college level studies in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills: written and oral.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• SixSigma training preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
