Job Description

As a Security Professional - Real Estate Patrol in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting tenants and visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. This is an unarmed post.

Pay Rate: $21.30 / Hour

Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Responsibilities:

    Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and addressing unauthorized access attempts.
  • Support emergency response activities, including evacuations or medical emergencies, according to established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid County Unarmed Security Professional License for Denver, Colorado.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
