Position Title: Match Inserting Operator

Match Inserting Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain Pitney Bowes Flowmaster inserting machines for match mailing jobs - Perform accurate material matching using OMR, 2D barcodes, or camera systems to ensure data integrity - Set up jobs according to production instructions and client specifications - Perform quality checks throughout the job to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance - Monitor job progress, troubleshoot jams or machine errors, and make necessary adjustments - Record production data and maintain logs as required - Work with QA and data teams to resolve any matching or sequencing issues - Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and company standards Requirements for Match Inserting Operator: - 2+ years of experience operating Pitney Bowes Flowmaster or similar high-speed inserting systems - Strong working knowledge of match mailing processes and integrity systems (e.g., camera matching, barcode verification) - Familiarity with USPS mailing standards and regulations - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods - Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or varied shifts as required - Experience with data-driven or sensitive mailings (e.g., financial, healthcare, or regulatory) preferred - Knowledge of postal software and job tracking systems preferred - Forklift certification preferred janesville@qpsemployment.com IND028 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
