Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Owner with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product owners, technology partners, and stakeholders to define and refine user stories Ensure acceptance criteria is clearly documented and well understood by delivery teams Participate in sprint planning and execution, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals Lead support functions for multiple business groups, contributing to high-impact strategic initiatives Conduct research and analysis for moderately complex business and operational initiatives Provide insights that support pipeline management, operational efficiency, and solution quality Manage and refine product backlogs, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals Partner with stakeholders to drive enhancements that support customer and/or employee experiences Support story writing, sprint ceremonies, and discovery sessions Contribute to the development of data-informed features and enhancements Maintain documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence Required Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile Scrum environment Proven ability to write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria Experience using Jira and Confluence 5+ years of experience in writing Agile stories or other business requirements Comfortable working closely with product owners, technology teams, and stakeholders Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with backlog grooming and story prioritization Knowledge of user experience principles for both customer and employee journeys Familiarity with using data and insights to drive product decisions Understanding of database querying concepts Familiarity with AI/Chatbot technologies is a plus Pay Range: $44-54 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
