The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $30- $35.50 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and component lubrication.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to our quality standards.
• Apply electrical test equipment for troubleshooting electrical circuitry and effectively implement solutions.
• Build and close work orders in the asset management system with comprehensive data, including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Troubleshoot semi-complex problems, determining the resources needed to resolve them efficiently.
• Locate and supervise spare parts from inventory, ensuring availability for all necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to guarantee they meet our stringent specifications.
• Respond to service calls, addressing equipment failures and faults promptly.
• Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization, encouraging an environment of collaboration and support.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required. An Associate's degree or specialized skill training/certification is preferred.
• General knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with successful demonstration of responsibilities as outlined.
• Ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
• Functional dexterity in both hands and wrists.
• Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
• Job may involve tight spaces, dust, fumes, temperature variations, noise, vibration, standing on concrete, and wet surfaces.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Flexibility to cover multiple shifts and holiday hours as needed.
