Job Summary

Join Haworth as an IT SR Project Manager and lead transformational strategic initiatives, driving impactful projects across diverse areas of the company. This role offers the opportunity to work on large, complex Enterprise projects, such as dealer enablement, S4 upgrades, and AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives within planned schedules and budgets, utilizing standard Haworth methodologies and tools, while contributing to the evolution towards Enterprise Project Management. This role offers a flexible schedule between a few days onsite in the office each week and a few days working from home.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead project and/or program teams, overseeing all aspects from initiation to closure.
  • Contribute to Project/Program Strategies: With management team, develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee Project/Program Budgets: Ensure compliance with project or program budgets, allocating resources strategically.
  • Develop and Implement Project/Program Policies and Procedures .
  • Collaborate with leaders from other departments to align efforts with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, exploring and implementing new technologies, processes, and approaches to enhance effectiveness.
  • Stay informed and apply new knowledge about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project/program management to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree inBusiness Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Information Management, or similar field
  • Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 additional years experienceon corporate-level projects (such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployments, facility construction, data center construction, or infrastructure replacements) OR 4 additional years experienceon corporate-level projects (such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployments, facility construction, data center construction, or infrastructure replacements) if no post-secondary education
  • 7 years project management experience on corporate-level projects (such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployments, facility construction, data center construction, or infrastructure replacements) with Bachelor's Degree OR 5 yearsexperience with Master's Degree
  • Certifications/Licensures:(Project Management (PMP/IPMA))
