The University of Virginia's School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Assistant Director of Financial Aid to support adult learners through effective scholarship management and student-centered financial aid services. Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, this role plays a key part in enhancing access to education by managing scholarship programs, improving communication processes, and contributing to institutional financial aid initiatives.

About the Position: This position is located in Charlottesville, VA and offers a hybrid work schedule. The incumbent will be required to work on site as needed and requested for meetings and/or other programmatic needs. This is a full-time, exempt level, benefited position with UVa benefits. The anticipated salary for this position will be commensurate with education and experience. This position will remain open until filled but preference will be given to applications received by May 30, 2025. This position will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
