We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking leader to build and lead our Vaccine Contracting Strategy Partner (CSP) team-an elite group responsible for advancing innovative contracting solutions across U.S. Health Systems and Independent customer segments. As a Vaccine Contracting Strategy Lead, you will shape national contracting strategy, drive operational excellence in execution, and ensure our vaccines portfolio is positioned to thrive in a value-based healthcare environment.

This is a critical leadership role for a dynamic, commercial-minded professional who can bridge strategy and execution, foster cross-functional alignment, and develop top talent in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Vaccine Contracting Strategy Partners across the U.S., responsible for executing contract strategy within key customer accounts
  • Translate corporate trade strategy into actionable field execution plans tailored to regional customer needs and local market dynamics
  • Partner with Marketing, Trade, Field Leadership, and Account Management to drive aligned go-to-market contracting approaches
  • Oversee design and implementation of innovative and outcomes-based contracts that differentiate the vaccines portfolio and drive measurable customer value
  • Monitor contract performance and pipeline, ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and business impact
  • Deliver regular insights and performance updates to senior leadership, including forecasts, risks, and opportunities
  • Serve as a key voice in national strategic planning, field capability-building, and cross-functional integration
  • Champion field adoption of tools, processes, and training related to contracting strategy and customer engagement

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience, including significant experience in field sales, account management, or contracting
  • 5+ years people leadership experience
  • Experience with U.S. Health Systems, organized customers, and value-based care models
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50%+)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration
  • 3+ years of experience leading contract strategy or execution, ideally in vaccines
  • Strong strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance, pricing, and reimbursement landscape
  • Familiarity with GPOs, IDNs, and independent provider networks
  • Demonstrated ability to influence national access strategy and field execution
  • Experience developing field capabilities and driving organizational change

The annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $174,000 to $290,000 taking into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
