• Design and develop courseware on Check Point technology and products
• Design and develop technical practice labs
• Design and build certification exam questions
• Design and build certification practice exams
• Ensure the contents meet learning objectives
• Measure courseware quality and effectiveness during development and once courseware is on the field
• Develop strong work relationships with internal subject matter experts
• Develop strong work relationships with ATC trainers
• Develop strong work relationship with the internal technical trainer team
• Manage (Project management) the courseware development
• Conduct a Beta session as a review process before releasing the courseware
• Conduct a Train the Trainer session for the ATC community before releasing the courseware
• Prepare a courseware handover process to the business time

• Experience with Adobe FrameMaker authoring tool
• Experience in leading technical content development projects and other developers
• 4+ years experience in training development and technical writing
• Experience with Check Point products and technologies
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future

Must have:

• Experience in developing Instructor-Led Training materials
• Prior experience with VMware or other virtual network environment products
• Proven experience with MS Office Suite
• Proven cyber security experience

Familiarity with:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe FrameMaker
• Basic HTML and HTML5
• Captivate
• Articulate

Skills:

• Speak effectively to groups.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Operate independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in time-sensitive situations.
• Work as part of a course development team and as part of a larger international work team.
