Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21-$25/hour (negotiable based on experience)

Your Daily Recipe for Success

• Travel to and set up eye-catching product displays at events and retail locations
• Interact with customers to drive sales and deliver a top-tier brand experience
• Assist with inventory, organization, and transport of products and supplies
• Decorate confections and ensure all products are display-ready and visually appealing
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional event spaces
• Support the sales team in executing promotions and product launches
• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet during event setup and execution

What You Bring to the Table

• 3-5 years of pastry or confection experience
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Creative flair with keen attention to detail and design
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for events
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-moving work environment
• Reliability, flexibility, and a team-first attitude are a must
