Staffmark
is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing team in Pooler, GA. If you have a strong background in HR functions and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts

Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

As an Human Resource Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll processing, and employee relations. This is a non-entry-level position that requires hands-on experience in multiple HR disciplines.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs
  • Assist with payroll entry and processing
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Provide support for employee relations and communications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
  • Occasionally lift and move items up to 25 lbs



Qualifications:



  • Minimum 2 years of human resources experience
  • Proficiency in recruiting, training coordination, and payroll
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
