Growing global company is looking for a part-time Legal Admin. This position is supporting their dynamic U.S. Business Immigration team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and paralegal support to attorneys and legal professionals handling a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in immigration law within a collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused environment.

This position is anticipated to be until end of September with potential for 6 month extension. This position does require being in their downtown office. 20 hours per week during normal 9-5 M-F business hours- would establish consistent working hours but can offer some flexibility. Pay is depending on experience up to $35/hr.

Position requirements:



  • Clerical or administrative experience within the legal field
  • Strong preference that the candidate has: experience with US business immigration legal work (eg: experience at an immigration law firm)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and work within established processes in tech systems
