Staffmark
is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join a top-tier manufacturing team in Huber Heights, OH. If you're looking for a stable role with great pay and excellent benefits, this opportunity is for you!

Pay & Schedule:



  • Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
  • Shift: Day Shift | Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays as needed



Responsibilities:



  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specs to determine dimensions and tolerances
  • Follow router instructions to complete sequences of operation
  • Load and unload raw materials and parts (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Start and monitor machine operations; adjust as needed
  • Inspect and verify part accuracy using precision measurement tools
  • Set up and run machines for first-piece validation
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production goals



What We're Looking For:



  • 2-4 years of CNC milling experience
  • Proficiency in G & M codes and GD&T
  • Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
  • Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
