Bilingual Team Lead

Staffmark is looking for a dependable and experienced Bilingual Team Lead to support operations in the Palletizing Department. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth workflow, safety, and quality compliance while bridging communication between English- and Spanish-speaking team members.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily palletizing operations for 2nd shift
• Ensure pallets meet all company and customer specifications
• Serve as a bilingual liaison between team members (English/Spanish)
• Monitor production output and resolve issues in real-time
• Train, coach, and support team members on performance and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the palletizing area
• Communicate shift updates to other team leads and supervisors
• Complete shift logs and promptly report equipment or safety issues

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Familiarity with palletizing equipment and warehouse operations a plus
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed
• Must follow all PPE and safety guidelines in an industrial setting
