Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hour (Based on experience)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Daily Responsibilities



  • Greet and assist customers, clients, and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls
  • Receive and coordinate mail and deliveries, including courier pickups
  • Scan and email invoices to customers
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and paperwork support
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as needed

Requirements



  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience in an office setting
  • 100% bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive, outgoing attitude and team-player mindset
  • Dependable, punctual, and reliable transportation
  • Able to lift 5-15 pounds as needed
