Staffmark is currently partnering with a well-established company in Covington, GA, to hire an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity. Salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day Shift)

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in all aspects of logistics, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes. You'll supervise team performance, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain accurate inventory using SAP systems. Your leadership will help drive productivity, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in hands-on operations when needed is essential.

What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum 4 years of warehouse leadership experience
  • Strong background in inventory management, logistics, inbound/outbound operations
  • Proficient in using SAP or similar warehouse management systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead by example and support a high-performing team
  • Comfortable with lifting requirements up to 50 lbs
  • Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence
