Analyzes HR systems, provide business/statistical analysis, and support HR processes/projects/programs. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Four (4) years related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong organization, planning, human relations, analytical, and communication skills. An advanced degree may offset two years of the experience requirements. Preferred Qualifications: We are seeking an experienced Writer to join our dynamic team responsible for benefit promotions writing related to Total Rewards and Benefits on a global scale for FedEx. We're looking for a creative individual with strong writing and/or technical writing skills. Experience in graphic design or healthcare communications is also highly valued. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month Colorado Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,444.28/month New York Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $10,898.39/month New York City Pay Range: $7,882.48/month - $10,898.39/month Additional Details: This position is a hybrid position located in Collierville, TN.
