The hours for this position are:

Monday - Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Role

Assists the consumer lending area in processing and maintaining appropriate lien information on secured loans.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Responsible for the filing of lien instruments on motor vehicles and other secured instruments pledged as collateral security
• Provides prompt handling of direct, phone and written inquiries or requests from members and coworkers
• Assist in proper filing of GAP insurance claims and timely follow-up with insurance company and members for claim resolution
• Perform in a fast pace, high-volume environment
• Basic understanding of BSA requirements - OFAC, CIP, Patriot Act
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Adheres to and follows all governmental regulations and policies

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• 0 - 1 year of general experience
• Experience in titles, insurance claims or warranty a plus
