The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the talent acquisition team by ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting recruitment operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

  • Assist recruiters with reviewing applicants in the ATS, making initial outreach, and replying to candidate emails

  • Schedule candidate interviews and ensure scheduling details are accurate for all parties within the ATS and Google calendar

  • Coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams to ensure all interviewers are prepared

  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, preparation, status updates, and next steps

  • Partner with the TA team, HR business partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to support recruitment efforts

  • Provide regular updates to recruiters on candidate activity and interview pipeline status

  • Assist recruiters with posting jobs and managing requisitions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Ensure recruiting data is kept up to date for accurate reporting

  • Support offer and onboarding processes as needed

  • Help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all candidates

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in scheduling and candidate communication

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, with a preference for Workday

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience
