Description & Requirements
The Talent Orientation Coordinator works in collaboration with relevant teams to plan, implement, and track the Forvis Mazars orientation programming and liaison with the Shared Services team regarding onboarding operations. As a member of the Talent Performance, Engagement and Onboarding (PEO) team, other duties as assigned include (but are not limited to) supporting our Talent Performance and Engagement programs and projects. This position is also responsible for analyzing applicable trends and providing recommendations to support an exceptional employee experience at Forvis Mazars.
How you will contribute:
  • Oversee Forvis Mazars orientation for campus and experienced hires.
  • Campus Orientation (4 annual sessions: Jan, May, July, Oct)
    • Manage national intern and new hire Welcome Experience (2-day blended virtual/in-person).
    • Coordinate logistics, schedules, content, facilitators, and communication plans.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders (recruiting, learning, HR, FTS) to enhance program effectiveness.
    • Serve as emcee for virtual sessions and provide onsite support as needed.
    • Continuously improve Welcome Experience based on feedback.
  • Experienced Hires Orientation (Weekly sessions)
    • Maintain advisory board for program development.
    • Keep orientation content current (culture, policies, benefits, job expectations, training).
    • Co-host virtual orientation, manage scheduling, and ensure facilitator readiness.
    • Monitor new hire survey data and report insights.
    • Oversee logistics (session scheduling, room bookings, materials prep).
    • Collaborate across departments for seamless onboarding.
    • Gather feedback and track metrics for program improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Entry level experience required, 1-3 years of experience preferred
  • Experience analyzing large data sets, creating digital dashboards and/or data visualizations is preferred but not required
