Your responsibilities
  • Hot Inspection of parts
  • Inspection of parts coming out of Final Control
  • Interpreting CMM / Manual Layout of parts
  • Magnetic Particle inspection expert

Your profile
  • Education/Credentials/Certifications
    • High School Diploma
    • Magnetic Particle Qualified Level 2 Operator
  • Length of Experience
    • 1 year of experience in production preferred
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
    • Knowledge of CMM (start-up/shut down processes, coordinate system, etc.)
    • Knowledge of die terminology and inspection
    • Knowledge of cooling processes
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
    • Ability to measure closures, Runout and Bend manually
    • Ability to read identification methods
    • Knowledge and understanding of manual layout table and vertical pole table
    • Knowledge of troubleshooting processes for defects
    • Knowledge of inspection points such as Roll, KSP, Trimmer, and Robot 6
    • Manual skills to operate tools and equipment such as rolling a crank, hitting a lap stamp with a hammer, full range of movement to operate a hoist, ability to climb on a fork truck
