Primary Responsibilities:



  • Quality & Records Coordinators (QRCs) serve as the local representative within the business groups for the Quality Office and support the development and implementation of the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Provide guidance to Project Managers and Project teams regarding development of project plans in the initiation phase.
  • Assist Project Managers in identifying best practices for their projects when requested.
  • Regularly report the Area's QMS implementation and audit resolution strategies to the Regional Quality Director.
  • Communicate QMS updates and Quality Office directives to the Area's leadership and staff as appropriate.
  • Identify QMS related needs of local Project Managers and leadership and communicate to the Quality Office.
  • Develop and update local Area processes which support implementation of QMS requirements (this includes Information Lifecycle Governance).
  • Review and comment on pending company procedures during assigned comment periods.
  • Identify Project Managers needing support in properly implementing QMS and local Area process requirements.
  • Work with new employees in on-boarding and awareness of the HDR QMS and its role in our organization.
  • Respond to staff questions or issues related to policies and procedures related to the organization's QMS.
  • Identify local opportunities for training and support through monitoring the project initiation stage.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 1 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Colorado: $24.84 - $35.49
