The school has prepared over 12,000 graduates to lead fulfilling and productive lives and is expanding to serve more students.

MHS is seeking a Special Events & Project Coordinator to support the President's Office in organizing high-profile events, coordinating speaking engagements, fostering community engagement, and collaborating on formal communications from the Office. This role also involves supporting special projects and assisting with additional Presidential Office functions.

Responsibilities:



  • Plan and execute events hosted by the President's Office, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality experiences.
  • Collaborate with others to facilitate Presidential speaking engagements, community initiatives, and formal communications from the President's Office.
  • Support special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide logistical support to maximize the effectiveness of the President's Office.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum associate's degree required.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience coordinating high-profile events and projects.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, self-managing, and adapting in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing talking points, messages, and more.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and exercise discernment and confidentiality.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated adaptability and analytical thinking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Integrity & Engagement: Candidates must exhibit high ethical standards and an eagerness to engage with students, serving as role models.
