Your Day-to-Day

  • Be a Life-Changer: Provide life-changing support that helps clients regain control of their emotional, social, and financial wellbeing. Your interventions will help them build self-confidence and emotional resilience.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care. You'll be at the heart of a supportive, multicultural environment where everyone has a voice.
  • Be the Guide: Help clients navigate the complexities of life by connecting them with local resources, support networks, and services. You'll be a beacon of guidance, helping them access everything from financial aid to community groups.
  • Problem-Solving Extraordinaire: Utilize your creativity to design personalized treatment plans that are as unique as your clients. You'll combine skill-building with compassion to help clients break through barriers.
  • Crisis Management Hero: In times of crisis, you'll be there with the right tools and support to guide your clients through tough moments and resolve challenges with empathy and expertise.
  • Promote Wellness: You'll work tirelessly to help clients achieve wellness across all aspects of their lives-spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, and socially.
  • Advocate for Change: Be the voice for clients who may be struggling with legal, financial, or societal challenges. Your advocacy will help them overcome obstacles and thrive.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Relevant Background: A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a similar field-or a solid combo of education and real-world experience.
  • Great with People: You're a strong communicator, active listener, and know how to build trust and motivate others.
  • Natural Leader: You support your team, share what you know, and help lift others up.
  • Culturally Aware: You're at ease working with people from all walks of life and committed to creating inclusive spaces.
  • Adaptable: Things change fast in this field, and you're ready to roll with it-thinking on your feet and solving problems creatively.
  • Ready to Drive (If Needed): For roles that involve driving, you'll meet all the safety and compliance standards.
  • Growth-Minded: Especially in Employment Services, you're ready to earn your Benefits Planning certification within a year. Learning is your thing.
  • Field-Ready: You'll be out in the community, meeting people where they are-homes, centers, or drop-in spaces. Flexibility is key.
  • Organized & On Point: You keep paperwork and compliance in check, so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Always Learning: From onboarding to leadership training, you're excited to grow and keep leveling up.

Bonus If You...

  • Speak "Culture" Fluently: You're skilled at working across cultural lines and making everyone feel seen and respected.
  • Love the Open Road: If driving is part of the role, you take safety seriously and know your way around compliance.
  • Are a Lifelong Learner: Always up for adding a new skill or certification to your toolkit.
