Overview Element has an opportunity for a Compliance Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team in Columbia, MD. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. Element Maryland conducts mobile and cellular device testing to meet the growing needs of many of the world's leading technology product manufacturers, to have their products and devices independently tested against a diverse range of FCC regulatory requirements. This position will work second shift. The estimated hours: 3pm - 12am ET. This is a non-exempt position. The salary range for this position is $33 - $58/hour. Responsibilities
Test Tool Proficiency: Experience with Test equipment and logging tool like R&S, Anritsu, Keysight, QXDM and Wireshark
4G/5G Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with protocols like RRM, RRC, RLC, MAC, RANAP, S1AP, NAS, and relevant 3GPP standards Skills / Qualifications
